Oh, and make a separate save at the beginning of each floor in case you’ll want to replay a specific part of this playthrough. For skills I followed dev’s advice on forums and went for Dual Blunt build and since the difficulty is casual you can face-tank almost every enemy, just remember to avoid Shock status effect, it will cut your damage in half and you need to kill everything fast. Don’t forget to pick Ram hammer, it will help you in some occasions to clear path from enemies.
Run away from as much enemies as you can, kill only those blocking your path. If you can make two steps and pick better weapon or secret – do it, avoid everything that requires more time. Pressing Esc for menu will also stop the timer. StopTime will stay on even if you reload the game but will auto-disable each time you die or move to another floor. As soon as you enter your rig (choose Combat Rig) you can press CapsLock and enter StopTime Mode, which will stop the timer (very handy). Start the game on Casual Difficulty, set movement type on Continuous (you will run a bit faster) and enable Stop Time Mode.
